Handstand Push ups or Push Ups

:20 max effort

Perform each set of deadlifts on the 3 minutes. Within that 3 minute window you must also perform a set of :20 ME Strict HSPUs or Push ups. Record both your deadlift weight and HSPU reps for each 3 minute window.
