Perform :15-:20 of DU between each set
*Start light with the db's to feel the movement. It is awkward. Build in weight over the course of the 5 sets to your wod weight. For Open purpuses, Rx will be 50/35 and scaled will be 35/20. It is not necessary to actually get to these numbers today, but if you hope to do them if it comes up, you should get as close as safely possible today.
