5-7 DB Thrusters

Perform :15-:20 of DU between each set

*Start light with the db's to feel the movement. It is awkward. Build in weight over the course of the 5 sets to your wod weight. For Open purpuses, Rx will be 50/35 and scaled will be 35/20. It is not necessary to actually get to these numbers today, but if you hope to do them if it comes up, you should get as close as safely possible today.

Today is designed to allow you to feel these movement together. Try to really move well on the thrusters and get comfortable with them. This isn't designed to go to the darkest of dark places.
