1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch, climbing

*Perform :20 of double under practice after each set of snatches. Start with singles until warm. Lower time if causes issues on next set of snatches. The snatches are the priority. We are just sneaking in a little practice.

Come enjoy the first monthly CFJ READS book club. We will socialize and discuss interesting books and ideas that will hopefully help us improve in some aspect of our lives, outside of the gym.
