Jane Day 2016

Mark your calendars for "Jane" Day on July 12, 2016.

On July 12th we will be continuing a tradition here at CrossFit Jane. Most of you know our family’s story and how we became CrossFit Jane. If you do not know our story, check it out at www.crossfitjane.com/our-story/. In CrossFit we frequently complete grueling hero WODs to honor fallen soldiers and officers. We suffer through a workout for them, because they can no longer participate themselves. Likewise, our family will complete “Jane” as a way of honoring Brent’s mom. While we realize many of you did not know Jane personally, we have all lost loved ones who can be honored with this WOD. Wear your CrossFit Jane gear! (In the past this day fell on a weekend, but this year we will be doing it during our regular class times.)

“Jane” 
7 rounds for time of:
12 DB Alternating Snatches
10 Toes-to-Bar**
Run 400 meters

*You have the option of performing this WOD alone or in groups of two or three.
**We will sub sit-ups for athletes who cannot perform toes-to-bar.
