Take 10 minutes to find a max distance broad jump and a max effort set of unbroken Pull ups. Do not attempt more than 10 Broad Jumps. If you cannot do more than 5 UB Pull ups, accumulate 20-30 reps on a band. You may also sub ring rows.
In teams of 3, row or run 3 miles. Only one athlete may row/run at a time. The other 2 athlete can accumulate as many reps as possible of 10 Slamballs + 10 Burpees when they aren't rowing or running. Once again, only one athlete may be doing slamballs at a time. For every rep accumulated during the workout subtract one second from your total time.
