10 Box Jumps

Add 1 BMU per round. The box jumps stay at 10 throughout.

Sub 2 C2B AND 2 Push ups for every BMU

Coach Sara will be leading an introductory nutrition workshop. She will include information on sleep, recovery and stress management. All athletes and spouses are welcome. Our next Nutrition Challenge will begin on November 1!
