Our next Nutrition Workshop will be on Wednesday, September 9 at 6:30 pm. Sara and Jaime will give an introduction to healthy eating, followed by a new workshop on healthy eating for the whole family.  We will discuss ways to help your kids establish good habits and develop healthy relationships with food. We will cover topics such as healthy snacks and packing school lunches.
