S2 - Accumulate :45 Handstand hold (can use box or top of the tripod push up)

S3- Accumulate :45 L-sit or L-hang or 1:00 Hollow hold

WOD

Against a 3 minute running clock, complete:

400 Meter Run or Row

Wall Ball Shots x Max reps

Rest 3 minutes

Repeat for a total of three sets.
