Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):

Split Jerk x 1 rep max 

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

6 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)

12 Alternating Reverse Lunges w/ Goblet hold (32/24)

12 Ring Dips (mandatory 18 push ups if you did ring dips at throwdown)

SWIM WOD (6 am only)

Please bring an extra towel and /or yoga mat for the movements.
