Partner WOD

100 TTB, 95/65 static OH hold

100 S2OH, 95/65 with hang from pull up bar

Sub sit ups for toes to bar, 75/55 suggested weight. Partner A can only work through the TTB/Sit ups and S2OH while the other athlete is holding barbell overhead or hanging from the bar. You may divide work however you choose. While not exactly the same, please watch video below for better understanding of the workout.
