AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots in 5 minutes

Rest 1:00

AMRAP of Toes to Bar in 5 minutes

Rest 1:00

AMRAP of Box Jump Overs in 5 minutes

Rest 1:00

AMRAP of One Arm DB Snatch (45/35) in 5 minutes


We talk lots about elbows up on the Front Squat and Thruster. We also need to be thinking "Chest Up". Check out the quick video. More thrusters are right around the corner!
