In teams of 2, with one athlete working at a time, perform the following for total reps:
AMRAP of Wall Ball Shots in 5 minutes
AMRAP of Toes to Bar in 5 minutes
AMRAP of Box Jump Overs in 5 minutes
AMRAP of One Arm DB Snatch (45/35) in 5 minutes
