STRENGTH

15 minutes to perform the following:

A) Find 2RM Back Squat

B) 1 set of ME set of Strict Pull ups

WOD

In teams of 2, perform 3 rounds for time each of:

200m run

400m run

600m run

There will only be one athlete working at a time. Both athletes must perform their 200 before moving on to the 400, and so on until each athlete has performed 3 rounds.
