With 75% of your 1RM, complete as many (1-5) Hang Power Clean ladders as possible in 12 minutes.
* 1 full ladder = 1 Hang Power Clean (put bar down/rest as needed), 2 HPC (pbd/ran), 3 HPC (pbd/ran), 4 HPC (pbd/ran), 5 HPC (pbd/ran). Then start over at 1 HPC for ladder #2.
The biggest change for Gardner lately has happened at the very foundation of his athletic development: nutrition. When Gardner started in January he could barely do a pull up on an orange band, now he can do a strict. Great job and keep up the good work!
