In teams of two with 1 athlete working at a time, complete the following for time:
100 DB Ground to Overhead, 50/35
100 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
*While one athlete is doing the work, the other athlete must be resting in the designated resting position.
Burpees- DB held overhead
G2OH- Active hang on bar
Box Jump Overs - Plank
*If the resting athlete comes out of his/her hold, the athlete working must stop until other athlete resumes hold
