20 minutes to work on Handstands (freestanding or on the wall), L-sit or L-hang, L-pull ups.
We will cycle through stations. As always, there are progressions for every movement/hold.
Four sets of 3:00 intervals of:
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
*Rest :90 between each 3:00 set. You will start each round where you stopped the previous. Score is total rounds/reps.
