You will cycle through each movement/hold 3 times in 9 minutes.

S2 - 2 x 75% 1RM

S3 - 1 x 85% 1RM

S4 - 1 x 90% 1RM

S5 - 1 x 95% 1RM

S6 - ME UB reps at 60% 1RM (no more than 15 reps)
