It is our great honor to introduce the newest member of our coaching staff here at CrossFit Jane. You have all watched her grow and develop as an athlete, through both nutrition and performance. We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca as a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach. She has already helped to coach this round of fundamentals and will begin coaching some of our regular classes.
