:40 ME Calorie Row or Double Unders /:20 rest

:40 Burpee Box Jump Overs /:20 rest

You may do your HSPU's on a box or sub strict DB presses. You will alternate each round between rowing and double unders.

Many of you have seen this video, but it is a good review for double unders.
