With a partner,
1) 5X1 Hang Snatch
2) 5X1 Hang Clean
*Perform 1-2 warm up sets of 2-3 reps, then begin your sets of 5x1's. Know your 1RM for both lifts and target it with set 4 or 5. Don't forget these are full squat (clean & snatch).
In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute of dumbbell snatches 50/35
2 minutes of double-unders
2 minutes of dumbbell snatches 50/35
3 minutes of double-unders
3 minutes of dumbbell snatches 50/35
*If it is raining, we will need to run 2 heats. You may alternate arms on the DB snatches however you want, but we want to keep work load the same on both sides.
