Your score is the total of Single Unders + Double Unders + Triple Unders.

Please post your video to Facebook by Monday at 8pm. Remember to include a clock in the video and we should be able to see every rep.

This wod will be interesting and fun. The single unders, double unders and triple unders are weighted equally so every rep of each counts as 1 rep. Enjoy!
